Refund Policy

Refunds 

We have a 7 day refund policy. The client should inspect their order as soon as it arrives. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have noticed any issues with your order. Due to some products being personalised with client details these will not be eligible for refund, unless we have made an error on your labels. If this is the case we will replace your order. If 7 days have gone past since you received your order and you have not contacted us about any issues or errors, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. Errors made by the client will not be eligible for refund. Postage costs are non refundable.

Print at Home CLP, once purchased PDF copies will be emailed, these are non refundable.

If we’ve made an error on part of your order please contact us as soon as possible. If this is the case we will be happy to refund or replace the labels affected.

If you've made an error  on your order or decide to cancel and refund is requested or actioned by us then this may be subject to an admin fee.
